TOMATO SALSA

I usually make a chunky salsa.  This can be blended/processed, if you prefer.

1 pound of tomatoes
2 Tbl Italian parsley (or cilantro)
1 whole fresh jalapeno
1 small onion
dash of pepper sauce (Louisiana, Crystal, ect.)
juice of 1 lime
sprinkle cumin, salt, epazote, and pepper

Chop small and mix together.
