BALSAMIC PASTA TOSS


 1/2 pound wholewheat spaghetti
1 pound pork, 1" cube
2/3 cup balsamic vinegar
2/3 cup olive oil
1/2 cup frozen peas
1/2 red onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup parsley, chopped
6 cups baby spinach
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 cup shredded jack cheese

Spaghetti noodle and peas
